Undergrad – Delivery Policy for Undergrad Regalia
1. Delivery Coverage
Undergrad delivers graduation regalia across South Africa, with priority service in Gauteng and surrounding provinces. Delivery to remote areas may require additional coordination or extended lead times.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after full payment or confirmed lay-buy milestone.
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (additional fee applies).
- Bulk Orders: For institutions or group orders, delivery timelines will be communicated upon confirmation.
3. Delivery Methods
- Courier Service: Door-to-door delivery via trusted courier partners.
- Pick-Up Option: Available from designated Undergrad hubs or partner campuses (subject to availability).
- Event-Day Collection: For partnered institutions, regalia may be collected on graduation day at the venue.
4. Delivery Fees
- Standard Fee: R80–R150 depending on location and package size.
- Free Delivery: Available for full-set purchases (R1500+) or orders paid in full upfront.
- Group Discounts: Institutions or student groups may qualify for subsidized delivery rates.
5. Tracking & Support
- Customers receive a tracking number via SMS or email once the order is dispatched.
- Undergrad’s support team is available via WhatsApp, email, or phone for delivery updates and queries.
6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a reattempt will be scheduled.
- Additional fees may apply for repeated failed deliveries.
7. Returns & Exchanges
- Regalia may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery for sizing issues (unused items only).
- Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on Undergrad’s side.
