Undergrad – Delivery Policy (Undergrad Graduation Gowns)
Effective Date: August 2025
Applies To: All undergraduate students purchasing or renting graduation gowns and regalia via Undergrad.
1. Delivery Coverage
- Nationwide delivery across South Africa
- Priority service in Gauteng, especially Johannesburg, Tshwane, and Ekurhuleni
- Remote areas may require extended lead times or alternate pickup arrangements
2. Delivery Timeframes

3. Delivery Methods
- Courier Service: Door-to-door via trusted logistics partners
- Campus Pickup: Available at select institutions or Undergrad hubs
- Group Delivery: Coordinated drop-off for bulk orders (e.g., societies or faculties)
4. Delivery Fees
- Standard Fee: R60–R150 depending on location and package size
- Free Delivery: For full regalia purchases over R1500 or upfront payments
- Bulk Discounts: Available for group orders or institutional partnerships
5. Tracking & Support
- Tracking number sent via SMS or email once dispatched
- WhatsApp and email support available for delivery updates and queries
6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a reattempt will be scheduled
- Additional fees may apply for repeated failed deliveries
7. Graduation Day Contingency
- Undergrad may offer on-site support or gown replacements at partnered graduation venues
- Students must bring ID and order confirmation for gown collection
